After EPA failed to hold a listening session on upcoming electricity regulations in his home state of Kentucky, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has decided to take matters into his by holding one of his own tomorrow. Kentucky is reliant on coal for much of its electricity, and families, consumers, and businesses could be severely hurt by the regulations under review.

Kentucky is not alone—EPA held 11 listening sessions, but not one of them was in any of the ten states most reliant on coal for electricity.
